“The Chevrolet Volt is all-new, and consumers are definitely taking notice, despite the relatively low gas prices. The new Volt has plenty of premium features and has a plan to go to market by taking on both competitive hybrid, as well as electric vehicles,” said Akshay Anand, senior analyst for Kelley Blue Book Automotive Industry Insights.
