“The Honda Insight has officially been axed as production for the model will end this summer,” said Akshay Anand, analyst for Kelley Blue Book Insights. “As a result, car shoppers are researching the Insight and what it has to offer, as well as any potential deals on a hybrid vehicle from an automaker with a solid reputation. Honda will be focusing more efforts on vehicles with hybrid and alternative-fuel technologies.”
